BUFFERING ISSUES
• Slow Internet speed
• Too many devices being used on same network
• Device may be too close or too far from router

What does it mean if it says buffering?
Buffering means the program is reading ahead of what you are watching. That happens when a program was streaming something from the Internet and you hit a slow download speed. That’s why we recommend an Internet speed of 30mbs or more.

BTVi GENERAL
Can I use the DEVICE on more than one TV?
Yes, with a HDMI splitter the content from any one device may be duplicated to multiple screens. However only one Controller can work on all screens. The devices will project the same content.

Can I download anything to the box?
The BTVi will allow some apps to be downloaded.
The Apps that are download-able will be located under App Market. Apps that are not within App Market may adversely effect the device. Warranty is forfeited if apps not within the APP Market are installed.

Can I record shows etc, so I can watch them later?
No, but they will most likely be available for you to play on-demand thus eliminating the necessity to record.

HD, SD, and HQ
HD: High Definition SD: Standard Definition HQ: High Quality.

Can you link it to a tablet/smart phone/laptop, use it on the go?
Yes, provided it has an HDMI connection.

If its Bluetooth compatible, can I use my regular controllers like ps4 ps3 and xbox?
Yes. It is bluetooth compatible and they should work on your device.

Can I attach a hard drive to it for more storage?
You are not able to download or copy any movies or TV shows, however, you may add additional storage by adding an SD card or External Hard Drive for things such as your pictures, personal videos, and such.

CHANNEL REPEATS LOOPS
1. Make sure your date & time are set
2. On the channel, select the OK BUTTON on the remote control
3. Select the circle with the ! Mark (bottom right)
4. Select your issue and submit

The problem should auto correct itself in a couple of minutes

CACHE
You need to clear the cache periodically.

1. Select the settings button
2. Select More Settings
3. Select Storage
4. Select Cache and ok
